Facebook’s VP for EMEA, Nicola Mendelsohn, has been answering questions from The Drum to reveal her most hated buzzword is "silo," the Levi's Laundrette ad was her favourite campaign and she started out work helping at her family's catering company. And don't ask her how she balances being a VP with raising four kids, unless you're prepared to ask her husband the same question.
