Last June, Hearst Magazines Digital Media and O, The Oprah Magazine announced the coming launch of a new website, Oprahmag.com. Today, the new site officially launched to coincide with the November issue of O, The Oprah Magazine, now on newsstands.

Leading the new venture is digital director Arianna Davis. She will guide the site’s editorial vision.

Oprahmag.com features a combination of content from the print magazine and digital extras, like videos and additional original storytelling. The site covers topics including natural beauty, personal style, entertainment news told through a mix of personal essays and service journalism.

Visitors to the site can watch a video letter from Oprah and interact with a multimedia version of her November “What I Know For Sure” column. The site also features a Q&A with singer Kelly Rowland, focused on mental health, a profile of "The Real" cast and features focused on Afro-Latina identity and queer culture, in addition to other frequently updated content.

Leading up to the launch of the new site, celebrities like Ellen DeGeneres, Serena Williams, DJ Khaled, Ciara and Trevor Noah have been posting on Oprah Magazine’s Instagram page, revealing how they live their best lives.

The new site is intended to better connect with the brand’s digital audience, connecting it across social platforms, dedicated original content and the site itself.
