Social is closing in on search as a channel for consumers to find out about brands and purchase their products and services.
Campaign reveals that GlobalWebIndex figures show 42% of Brits
discover and buy from brands they have discovered through social, up from 30% three years ago. Search has remained constant at the top of the pile for 52% of consumers.
