AllBusiness.com has hired KATHY YATES as chief operating officer. Yates most recently served as president and chief operating officer of CBSMarketWatch.com, where she oversaw news and business operations and participated in the sale of the company to Dow Jones. Yates will be responsible for forming new partnerships and strengthening the company's operations.
