InsideSales.com has introduced an AI-driven tool it says allows B2B firms to create emails with video and attachments.
Email prospecting enables sales teams to prospect and track multirecipient actions, forwards and attachment downloads, the company says.
The objective is to help B2B sales teams move beyond tracking email opens and clicks to “understand precisely when content is viewed and by whom, so that they can respond at the right moment,” states Suaad Sait, president of growth, InsideSales.com.
The service relies, in part, on data 100 million buyers worldwide from InsideSales.com Collective Intelligence. It is integrated with Microsoft Outlook, Google Gmail, Vidyard and Salesforce.
