Vistar Appoints New Publisher Partnerships Head

Digital OOH specialist Vistar Media has named Chris Waterman as director, publisher partnership. Through Vistar’s programmatic buying platform, publishers can connect with buyers directly for both exchange and Private Marketplace (PMP) transactions and Waterman will oversee publisher partnerships globally, with a focus on the U.S., Canada and Europe. 

Previously, Waterman was senior director of sales at Rubicon Project, where he led global efforts for digital out-of-home.
