Sky Boss Warns 'British Netflix' Plans Could Be Scuppered By Regulator

Sky's Chief Executive Stephen van Rooyen has told The Guardian he believes attempts by rival terrestrial broadcasters BBC, ITV and Channel 4 to form a "British Netflix" could run into difficulty over competition rules because their joint market share is around three-quarters of all UK tv viewing.
