Publicis Groupe is making leadership changes at two of its agency networks: Team One and Saatchi & Saatchi West.

Saatchi & Saatchi West president Chuck Maguy is promoted to CEO of the agency, as well as lead for client Toyota Motor North America. (He previously ran the Lexus account at Team One.)

Maguy succeeds Kurt Ritter, who remains chairman at Saatchi & Saatchi West.

Conill Advertising president Carlos Martinez and Saatchi Retail Division president Bill Cochrane will report to Maguy in this reshuffle. 

Concurrently, Julie Michael is elevated from president to CEO of Team One, due to her "success" running the agency over the past three years. She will continue to lead the five Team One offices in the U.S.

In addition to Lexus and Lexus Dealers Association, the agency’s client roster includes Expedia, Marriott and PIMCO.
