Independent OOH agency Billups has announced several executive hires including the appointment of Nicholas Wootten as senior vice president marketing. He previously led marketing . His agency experience includes UM and GJP Advertising.

Other recent hires include:

Jaime Byrdak, managing director, Chicago (former director at Kinetic Worldwide); Jennifer Seickel,  managing director, New York (former president at OOH Pitch); Simone Davis, regional director, Seattle (former account supervisor with MacDonald Media); Suzie Lopez, business director, Austin (former general manager/director,  EnviroMedia.

Also, Kristin Carlin has been promoted to managing director, Los Angeles.  

The agency attributed the new hires to growth in markets across the U.S. They follow the appointment of former Kinetic CEO David Krupp earlier this year as president and chief operating officer.
