Twilio Appoints Parry-Jones As Senior Sales VP For EMEA

Twilio, soon to be the parent of SendGrid, has appointed David Parry-Jones as regional vice president of EMEA sales.
He will report to Marc Boroditsky, SVP of sales, and will be based in Twilio’s London office.
Previously, Parry-Jones served as Vmware’s regional vice president for Northern Europe. He has also worked for companies such as Lotus/IBM and Microsoft.
Twilio hopes to accelerate its growth with enterprises and developers as a choice for cloud communications.
The $2 billion acquisition of SendGrid will be completed in the first half of 2019.
