A Chipotle Mexican Grill customer in Saugus, Mass. alleges biting into a burrito and encountering a metal nail that chipped his tooth. The customer told the cashier who gave him back his money
and apologized, plus he informed the company via its website. He also posted pictures of the food on Facebook. The news breaks as the brand is trying to repair its image, which took a series of
hits after several food safety issues, including two E. coli breakouts.
