Radio and outdoor media giant Clear Channel Communications Wednesday filed to raise up to $350 million in initial public offering of Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, a spin-off unit that would trade as
a separate publicly traded company. The unit earned $11.6 million on revenue of $1.26 billion in the first six months of 2005 after earning $2.9 million on revenue of $1.16 billion in the first half
