Last week, Doritos used teaser videos to reveal that both Chance the Rapper and Backstreet Boys would appear in its 2019 Super Bowl ad.
Now, the brand has released a 60-second version (below) of the 30-second game ad, featuring a new remix by Chance of the Backstreet Boys hit “I Want It That Way.”
The ad shows Chance tasting Doritos’ new Flamin' Hot Nacho flavor and being transported onto a set like the one featured in the original "I Want It That Way" music video, where he and the Backstreet Boys dance to the new remix.
Doritos also announced that on Game Day, it will release an exclusive Snapchat lens that lets fans create dynamic content showing themselves in '90s accessories inspired by the Backstreet Boys (plus pink smoke).
The campaign will also include concert-style posters in the New York City area and media on Spotify and other music sites.
