Applebee's is reviving the 1961 classic song "Runaround Sue" to promote the chain's Car Side to Go pick-up service.

A new 60-second spot, developed with Grey New York, is set to the Dion-sung tune as a busy mom is shown moving through her life from visiting the cleaner to feeding the family. 

The ad is running on national TV.
