Colle McVoy Adds New Operations Director

Colle McVoy is hiring Tracy Richards as the agency's first creative operations director to lead resourcing and staffing within the agency’s creative department and provide input on operating best practices. She was most recently VP of talent at VSA Partners in Chicago, where she led the talent team and managed day-to-day resourcing.
