VMLY&R Promotes 4 Women To Run U.S. Offices

Stephanie DeCelles has been promoted to managing director, client engagement and office lead for Kansas City. She joined the agency in 2012. Her client experience ranges from first-time advertisers to Fortune 500 companies, such as Gatorade, Colgate-Palmolive, Danone, Sprint, MetLife and Mars.  

Most recently, DeCelles spearheaded the team behind Bumble’s commercial in the 2019 Super Bowl featuring Serena Williams. In addition to running the Kanas City operation, DeCelles will continue to lead client teams in North America. 

Madeline (Nies) Larsen has been promoted to executive director and office lead for Chicago. She joined in 2013, and most recently led the integrated strategy practice in Chicago.

A 10-year-plus industry veteran, Larsen's client experience spans multiple categories and companies, such as Kraft-Heinz, MillerCoors, Motorola, Kellogg’s, Walgreens, Samsung and Newell Brands. In addition to building internal culture and existing client relationships, Larsen will be responsible for growing Chicago’s book of business.

Rebecca Rooy has been promoted to managing director, client engagement, and business lead for VMLY&R Kalamazoo. Joining VMLY&R in 2007, Rooy has served as business lead for multiple B2B and B2C accounts. With roots in CRM and loyalty, she has worked with clients including Kellogg, GlaxoSmithKline, Unilever, Vi Living and Tyson Foodservice.

In her new role, Rooy will continue to lead client teams while overseeing the Kalamazoo office. 

Jana Roszkowski has been promoted to managing director, advisory and office lead for VMLY&R Cincinnati. The 15-year industry veteran joined the agency in 2011 and has a background in account management, program management and operations. She has worked with clients like Royal Caribbean, Procter & Gamble, Mars and Ford.
