Ferrari North America has named Raare Solutions and its creative partner The S3 Agency as email agency of record.
BrightWave, of Atlanta, was the incumbent agency.
Specific plans, including budget and projected email volume, were not available.
Raare and S3 will overhaul Ferrari’s email across all touchpoints. The goal is to “bring the ultra-premium experience to the digital sphere of Ferrari ownership,” states Esther Poulsen, president of Raare Solutions.
The improved email program will begin rolling out before the summer, following an initial analysis phase.
The program will combine Raare’s data capabilities and S3’s creative skill, Raare says. Both firms are located in New Jersey.
Ferrari North America is the exclusive importer of Ferrari vehicles in the Western Hemisphere.
