We Are Social is creating a new People & Culture team as the global agency redefines its HR department. Lisa Bain, previously global HR Director, will serve as Global People Officer to oversee a 20-person team. In addition to the traditional HR role, the group will take on a broad remit including workplace culture, well-being, and promoting the agency's brand.
