California Almonds is appointing U.S. Soccer’s Julie Ertz the nut collective's brand ambassador for an ad campaign debuting during the Women's World Cup tournament.
The creative, developed with Sterling-Rice Group, suggests Ertz's action-filled performance is fueled by her almond consumption.
Ads run across broadcast, digital and social channels, supported with several videos, animated gifs and media buys on connected TV, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Snapchat.
