Three years on from an ANA report showing non-transparent media buying practices were the norm in America, Mediatel has asked experts for their opinion on whether the situation has improved. The consensus is they have -- but advertisers still need to be on their guard, particularly as new forms of technology pose new questions for the media-buying and planning process.
