InsideView has added several features to its data platform, claiming that this will help marketers replace the retiring Data.com from Salesforce.
The new offerings include AI-powered matching, branch and site location data, and data diagnostics for evaluating CRM data quality.
The company notes that Salesforce will not renew renew Data.com Clean and Data.com Prospector products after July 31.
The market expects that a heavy surge of Data.com customers will seek new solutions in the November to January timeframe, the company adds.
In response, InsideView is adding more data, technology and analytics, states Umberto Milletti, CEO of Inside View.
These offerings go beyond the Data.com feature set, the company adds. They include what the firm says is fine grain control for selecting CRM records under management and field level update rules.
In addition, InsideView is offering to assess companies’ data health for free, alleging that some Data.com customers have seen a degradation of data quality since Salesforce made announcement over a year ago.
InsideView Sales, a function providing access to over 35 million executives, is set to replace Data.com Prospector, it also states.
