ParcelLab, provider of a cloud-based, post-purchase tool, has named Mark Camilleri head of international clients and Conor McGrath head of UK clients, bringing the UK head count to 10. 

The company, which is active in 38 countries, offers smart parcel monitoring and targeted customer communications during the ecommerce delivery process by email, SMS, Facebook and retailer apps.

Camilleri recently held the post head of sales at Stam Audio Engineering. McGrath has worked for BT, Nomura, Fujitsu, Northern Telecom and Siemens.
