On Friday, Yahoo announced the cutting of about a dozen sales positions, but didn't attribute it to a weak sales climate. "It is definitely a reflection of working efficiently, which is our goal," a
spokeswoman said. Yahoo, which has about 3,500 employees worldwide, cut fewer than 15 employees from the sales group, the spokeswoman said.
