BBH NY Bolsters Creative Team With Two Key Hires

BBH NY has announced the expansion of its creative department with two key hires. Marta Ibarrondo will join as Group Creative Director and Brooke Kaylor will head the firm’s integrated production. Both will report to BBH NY Chief Creative Officer Gerard Caputo.

With 25 years of experience, Ibarrondo began her career at Chiat/Day before moving on to several other agencies, including Kirshenbaum & Bond, SpikeDDB, mcgarrybowen, Saatchi and 180LA. She has also worked directly with J.P. Morgan Asset Management and SAP. In addition to her advertising work, Ibarrondo wrote and directed two award-winning short films and created a cartoon series that ran in the Huffington Post for seven years.

Kaylor most recently led production for beauty@Gotham, where she was instrumental in bringing Maybelline’s new campaign to life. She also has held key positions at KBSP, Laird + Partners, Lowe Worldwide and AR New York, where she produced work for a diverse group of global clients, including BMW, Calvin Klein, Target, Unilever and others.
