Interactive entertainment network EUniverse Inc. today acquired online marketing company ResponseBase LLC, for an undisclosed amount of cash. In a press release, EUniverse said it plans to retain all
24 ResponseBase employees, including all senior managers. ResponseBase creates online direct response campaigns to promote products and services, and provides email marketing systems. EUniverse said
it expects ResponseBase's database to enhance distribution of its products and services, and allow the company to broaden its offerings.
