Users can click "Get Ingredients" below a Kitchn recipe's ingredients. They can then choose to get the groceries from retailers nearby or available online grocery providers, including AmazonFresh, Instacart, Walmart and Peapod, among others.
Some users will have the ability to get same-day delivery of recipe ingredients.
Apartment Therapy Media will also integrate Chicory’s shoppable advertising. Brands will be able to sponsor in-recipe products, as well as add shoppable grocery features to custom content.

Apartment Therapy Media says 70% of readers have made purchases on Kitchn before, from links and product mentions on the site.
Chicory also works with Meredith Corp's Food & Wine.
Last month, Walmart and BuzzFeed’s cooking vertical Tasty launched a similar shoppable recipe feature, allowing consumers to add the ingredient list from a Tasty recipe on the iOS app directly into a Walmart online grocery cart for pickup or delivery.
Allrecipes integrated its recipes with AmazonFresh delivery options last year.
