It has already moved thousands of staff to Salford but the BBC says it is to go further.
The Guardian reports the corporation has a rough 50:50 split between staff within the M25 and outside
but intends to increase the proportion of staff outside the London area. It already has large hubs operating in Bristol, Birmingham, Glasgow and Belfast.
