Meredith Corp Debuts 'NSFW(ish),' Millennial Sex And Relationship Newsletter

Culling content from its portfolio of women-focused brands, Meredith Corp debuted a new long-form newsletter called NSFW(ish).

NSFW(ish) focuses on sex, love and relationships for millennial women with content from Meredith Corp brands such as ShapeHealthHelloGigglesInStyle and others. It appears in inboxes weekly.

Sex, culture and wellness writer Maria Del Russo will write and curate the newsletter. In addition to previously published content, NSFW(ish) will feature new, email-only content from Del Russo.

Del Russo has written for InStyleThe CutGlamour and Playboy, where she also served as advisor for the publication's spring 2019 issue. Her first book, Simple Acts of Love, was published by the Adams Media imprint at Simon & Schuster earlier this year.

"My hope is that people who read our newsletter will feel empowered to chart a course for their own lives that makes them happy," she stated.

NSFW(ish) is intended to be inclusive and will cover topics like sexual health, online dating and self love.

"As we continue to see a spike in interest in sex and relationships content from our newsletter audience, we believe the intimacy and immediacy of email is exactly the right format for this type of expert relationship-related content from our trusted brands,” stated Amanda Wolfe, senior director, content strategy for the Health & Parenting vertical at Meredith.

Meredith Corp will promote NSFW(ish) across its network of sites.

NSFW(ish) joins fellow millennial-focused newsletter Dollar Scholar, which launched last summer from Money.comDollar Scholar, counts more than 75,000 subscribers, and covers personal finance topics.
