Accenture Interactive Agrees To Purchase France's Sutter Mills

Accenture Interactive has agreed, subject to final terms and conditions, to acquire Sutter Mills, a French firm that specializes in developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies for clients. Financial terms of the transaction are not disclosed.

"This is the expertise we were looking for to combine it with our existing capabilities in experience design and eCommerce, in order to reinforce Accenture Interactive’s ability in France to create hyper-relevant experiences at scale for our clients," stated Claude Chaffiotte, head, Accenture Interactive, France & Benelux.

If the deal is completed, Sutter Mills would mark the second acquisition made by Accenture Interactive in France, following the 2017 acquisition of French digital commerce agency Altima.
