R/GA is adding Jennifer Mollo as managing director, client services and Elizabeth Thompson as executive strategy director to the agency’s Austin office following a handful of recent business wins, including Fritos and Michaels. Mollo previously worked at T3 while Thompson most recently worked at GSD&M.
