Valimail Opens Engineering Center In Denver

Anti-phishing firm Valimail has opened a new engineering hub in Denver.

The firm’s “Mountain Office,” now staffed with some R&D personnel, plans to “at least double the headcount over the next year,” states Erica Schneider, senior technical recruiter at Valimail, who has relocated from San Francisco.

The company chose Denver because of its pool of engineering and development talent.

In addition to technical experts, the company will eventually seek to hire “business development, customer success, and other supporting roles as well,” Schneider adds.

Valimail landed $45 million in Series C funding from Insight Partners earlier this year. It said  it would use the funds to speed up expansion of its product offering, partnerships and global footprint.
