Taras Wayner has been appointed Chief Creative Officer, North America, Wunderman Thompson. He will based in New York and will report to Shane Atchison, CEO, Wunderman Thompson NA. 

In addition to creative leadership duties, the agency said Wayner will partner with its data, technology and user-experience specialists to bring the agency’s expertise to bear across its portfolio of clients. He will also spearhead selected new business initiatives. 

Previously Wayner was Chief Creative Officer at Saatchi & Saatchi New York and earlier served as Chief Creative Officer of R/GA’s U.S. offices.
