Ofcom not only told the BBC it must do more to reach younger viewers and listeners, but has issued separate guidance to
BBC News, suggesting that it must do more to link to outside
organisations.
Press Gazette reveals that 85% of links are to internal pages and of those that are external, only around a third of these link to other publishers.
