Appfluence has introduced a tool to help firms increase productivity and accountability among email teams. 

The new app service, Priority Matrix, will be available for free for users of Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Outlook. Additional features can be added.

Priority Matrix is designed to help firms “better manage key action items without leaving the platforms they already use,” statesHai Nguyen, co-founder at Appfluence.

Nguyen adds that users can “reduce distractions, get status updates or conduct more efficient meetings, all while switching context less often.” 

In addition, they can manage email, projects, product planning, meetings and general tasks, the company says.

One pilot user, Luis Maciel, says his team is saving two to three hours per person per week. Priority Matrix “allows me to have full visibility to all projects at any given time… this is extremely helpful when solving complex issues that require an immediate response,” Maciel states.

Priority Matrix benefits fromnumerous Microsoft technologies, including Azure Cognitive Services, Graph, and Azure Active Directory.
