Omnicom agency Rapp has appointed Shari Reichenberg managing director of the agency's New York office. She replaces Justin Thomas-Copeland, who will be moving to a new role within the Omnicom Precision Marketing Group.

As managing director, Reichenberg will focus on elevating the 100-person agency’s creative output for clients such as Charter Communications and American Family. She reports directly to Global CEO, Marco Scognamiglio.

Most recently Reichenberg served as a partner at consultant Prophet. Earlier Reichenberg spent seven years at Ogilvy where she was an executive strategy director and head of customer engagement in the U.S. 

Scognamiglio stated that Reichenberg “understands that the current breadth and pace of industry change requires an agency that can guide and spearhead a customer-centric transformational discussion with its brand partners.”
