Dentsu Aegis Network is creating a single campus for all its New York City-based operations.

The company will consolidate its agencies and employees, currently located in four Manhattan properties, into a newly renovated 1930s-era postal facility in Manhattan’s Chelsea district starting in 2023.

DAN said today it has reached agreement with real-estate developer Tishman Speyer on a 15-year lease for 320,000 square feet of office space at 341 Ninth Avenue. 

The building is an 86-year-old Art Deco-style building undergoing a major renovation.

Other holding companies have created similar set-ups, including WPP which now houses some 4,000 of its NYC staff at 175 Greenwich Street in downtown Manhattan. Havas also has a big campus downtown at 200 Hudson Street.
