The Telegraph is asking the question of whether the Conservative Party's use of polls on Facebook broke GDPR by asking for people to fill in questionnaires that required personal information
to be handed over without explicit consent. The paper says the polls, which have now been taken down, just said users would pass on details by hitting "submit."
