Havas Chicago Taps Laughlin As President, Chief Client Officer

Havas Chicago has appointed marketing veteran Nicole Laughlin as the creative shop’s new president-Chief Client Officer.

Laughlin most recently served at Facebook in Chicago, where she led global marketing solutions. Earlier, she served at Leo Burnett, working with clients such as Disney and Kellogg’s.

In her new role, Laughlin is tasked with delivering the agency’s strategic vision and will serve as executive client lead, overseeing the agency’s roster of brands, including Citi, Hefty, Ragu, Reynolds Consumer Products, Orbitz and others. 

In addition to client management, Laughlin will work closely with Lisa Evia, president of Havas Media Chicago, to lead the Havas Chicago Village on a day-to-day basis.

Separately, the agency said it has appointed Allison Ciummei Chief Talent Officer. Previously, Ciummei was director of global talent for the Havas Group, based in New York, a post she held for four years. During that time, she is credited with helping to shape global talent strategy for the organization.
