OneTrust has added several new partners for its ID Verification program.

In addition to existing partner LexisNexis Risk Solutions, OneTrust is now working with Acxiom, IDology, Evident, ID DataWeb, Socure, Yoti, and ID.me. 

The ID Verification program helps firms complete consumer rights requests within the 45-day deadline specified by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), which takes effect in January.

The goal is to enable firms to “rapidly gain the technology tools required to accelerate and automate their privacy initiatives," states Blake Brannon, Vice President of Products at OneTrust. 

ID verification allows brands to capture rights requests along with the necessary metadata, and route them through the internal workflow.

It also validates the person’s identity through a OneTrust ID Verification Partner. And it automates fulfillment of requests.
