RTO+P Reshuffles Leadership Team

Red Tettemer O’Connell + Partners (RTO+P) is reshuffling its executive team with founder Steve Red sharing his creative responsibilities after more than two decades of leadership. Under the reorganization, the agency’s longtime executive creative director and partner Steve O’Connell is upped to Co-Chief Creative Officer to jointly manage the agency with Red, who will also continue to serve as president.
To fill O'Connell's previous role, RTO+P veteran Todd Taylor will become the new executive creative director, a promotion from his senior vice president, group creative director post.

Together, the trio will lead the agency’s growing creative team, continuing to spearhead campaigns for clients including Dietz & Watson, Keurig, Dr. Pepper, Reyka Vodka, and Craftsman.

Also vice president, creative director Ari Garber and creative director Chris Plehal are both promoted to group creative directors to assume Taylor’s past responsibilities.
