Exclaimer Names Heath Davies As New CEO

Exclaimer, a UK-based email signature firm with a global client base, has named Heath Davies as CEO.

Davies replaces former CEO David Ferguson.

Ferguson will support Davies through the management transition until the end of January.

Previously, Davies was CEO of data loss software provider Clearswift, guiding the firm through its sale to Swiss defense contractor RUAG Group and then to U.S.-based IT infrastructure software firm HelpSystems.

Davies has also served as CEO of Alterian and Sword Group.

At Exclaimer, Davies hopes to "create a suite of products that further support our existing and new customers' ambitions to address brand management, compliance, and data analytics in a more multi-channel environment," he states.

Exclaimer offers on-premises and cloud-based email signature software and solutions for Office 365, Microsoft Exchange and G Suite. It claims to have 75 million users in over 150 countries.
