Dentsu Aegis Network has acquired agency Digital Pi, a provider of marketing automation consulting services in the B2B sector. The company will be joined with DAN’s performance marketing agency Merkle. 

Digital Pi’s expertise in marketing automation and campaign operations, coupled with its Adobe Marketo skills, complement Merkle’s personalized and integrated solutions for omni-channel engagement. 

Digital Pi was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in Dallas, Texas. The company’s 50 employees will join Merkle, and founder and CEO Ryan Vong will report to Michael McLaren, Global CEO, Merkle B2B Group.
