Last November MDC Partners CEO Mark Penn said the company was finalizing plans for further streamlining at the holding company including the formation of two "multi-agency networks" each led by a flagship agency at the firm.
One of those networks was announced in December, led by Doner.
Now MDC has unveiled the second network this one led by Anomaly and its founding partner & executive chairman Carl Johnson.
In part the new networks are designed to foster greater collaboration by agencies within the holding company.
In addition to Anomaly, the member agencies within this latest intra-holding company alliance include digital innovation agency Y Media Labs; Mono; marketing communications and PR firm Hunter, experiential agency Relevent, and Concentric Health Experience.
