Mcgarrybowen is promoting Lucia Grillo from head of operations to U.S. Chief Operating Officer to take on responsibilities for resource and project management, finance, and processes.

Grillo will report to Jon Dupuis, who was recently installed as mcgarrybowen’s first global president.
