Delta Air Lines CEO Ed Bastian told CNBC that while passengers have the right to recline, proper etiquette is to ask first. The conversation was in response to a video that went viral tht showed an
angry passenger on a American Airlines flight berating a woman sitting in front of him for reclining her seat. Delta is testing reduced-recline seats on some of its aircraft.
