Channel Factory Adds Senior Staff

Channel Factory, the Los Angeles-based advertising tech agency that specializes in buying ads on YouTube has announced several senior hires.  

Lauren Douglass, senior vice president, global marketing joins from video ad platform Teads and is tasked with accelerating Channel Factory's brand awareness globally.

Ben Sarmiento, vice president sales, West was previously with Eyeview and before that served with LA agencies McCann, RPA, and Mindshare.

Rob Tariche, VP Sales, East, previously served at CBS TV, Orbitz and most recently Pluto TV.  

Chad Jeskewitz, senior account executive, Midwest, has worked across programmatic media and technology business development for 20 years, with brands such as Apple, Amazon, and Foursquare.

Paco Panconcelli has been hired as managing director to manage the company’s expanding German client base and grow the business across the German, Swiss and Austrian region. Panconcelli previously served at Quantcast Germany, IDG Germany and Director Product Management AOL Germany.

In Paris, Jean Haller joins as managing director, France where he will launch Channel Factory in the French market. He has previously held senior positions at S4M, Motorsport.com, and ESPN.
