IntentData.io Offers Help During Work-At-Home Wave With Cookie-Less ID

IntentData.io Inc. has debuted a product called Contact Level Intent Data, to help companies cope with the new work-at-home environment and identity resolution without cookies.

Changing circumstances require new approaches to communication, the firm says.

For instance, the number of people now social distancing and working will make IP address resolution less accurate, the company contends. This is because the observed address may be dynamic, residential and unlisted, it adds.

Instead of relying on IP address resolution or third-party cookies, IntentData.io’s technology crawls the web and identifies content that matches the algorithm for each client, the company says.

Public engagement with content is observed and reported, but no IP address data is used.

Firms subscribing to IntentData.io data can tailor it for ABM, target accounts, current customers and specific products, the company says.

“Nobody knows how business will exactly evolve over the next couple of months,” states Yvonne Haendel, president and chief customer officer of IntentData.io  “We do know that as soon as companies solve for the safety of employees and logistics of remote work, they’re turning their attention back to the imperatives of customer service and revenue growth.”

“We’re all going to develop new techniques and learn new lessons in the coming months” adds Ed Marsh, CRO of IntentData.io.
