ZeroBounce Adds Two Email Deliverability Tools

ZeroBounce has added two email deliverability tools to its email validation platform.

The ZeroBounce Email Server Tester analyzes email headers to diagnose potential errors and returns, the company says. It runs over 100 tests against the server’s configuration.

The ZeroBounce Inbox Placement Tester provides an overview of future email deliverability. Clients will be given access to more than 20 test email addresses associated with popular email providers globally, and can adjust their campaigns based on results such as inbox, spam or not delivered.

The goal is to help brands “secure their spot in the inbox,” states Liviu Tanase, CEO of ZeroBounce.

ZeroBounce Freemium account owners can run one of each test per month at no charge, the company says.

The firm cites studies showing that 17% of emails are never delivered to the inbox.  “With consumers’ mailboxes increasingly crowded, organizations can’t afford to risk landing in the spam folder,” Tanase adds.

The new tools enable brands to test their email campaigns before sending, the company states.

Earlier this year, ZeroBounce added high-availability U.S. clusters to help clients utilize its email verification API. Last year, the firm debuted MxMail, an email service provider that it says validates consumer emails before attempting delivery.
