Remitter USA Inc., an email and SMS communications platform used for collections, is partnering with M&G Solutions, a consulting firm specializing in the financial lending space, to help institutions improve performance.

As part of the arrangement, M&G Solutions will promote the Remitter brand in the U.S. and help financial services institutions integrate the company’s product.

Remitter uses artificial intelligence to improve collections and recovery for financial services brands, utilities, telco companies telco and healthcare institutions.

The company “leverages a communication channel preferred by most consumers today,” states Brad Bone, M&G Solutions Managing Partner.  

Remitter founder Simon Scalzo says M&G has “expertise in receivable management.”
