Susquehanna Media Nears Deal To Sell Radio Stations

Radio Ink reports that Susquehanna Media is near a deal to sell its radio stations to investors Cumulus, the Blackstone Group, and Bain Capital for more than $1 billion. The company is also reported to be close to selling its cable TV properties to Comcast Corp. for nearly $800 million. Susquehanna was put up for auction five months ago; the company decided to run two separate auctions for its radio and cable operations.
